LUKE WILLARD

Director of Field Services

Oversees all Thorough Built field installations and crane lifting services. Luke has nearly a decade of experience in the specialized rigging industry. Luke holds several national certifications in heavy equipment operation, rigging application, heavy lifting, and rigging plan design and lift management. Additional Certifications include Class A CDL, FMCSA & Federal DOT Equipment Inspector, Federal Traffic Control Certification, FCC Licenses, High-Capacity Lift Operator, Lifting & Rigging Equipment Inspector, OSHA Certifications, and a Designated Trainer for multiple classes of equipment. NCCCO Master Rigger, Signal Person, and Tower Rigging. Luke also has extensive experience and manages over-dimensional transportation outside the Tri-State area. Additionally, Luke is helping to secure Thorough Built's reputation in the marketplace for its niche ability to re-fit and install structural components in extreme circumstances.
